Whats the average price to learn Japanese in New york city ?

I want to know because most the classses are so expensize D: around 400 dollars for 3 days >.< so Whats the average prices ? can you tell me any place thats cheaper ? Or give me websites that would be useful in learning Japanese like : Chinese-tools.com (teaches Chinese but I want a website like this but japanese) Thank you

    On Craigslist Events section and sometime Volunteer section I have seen people posting ads to learn Japanese if you teach them English.
