What is the average price of a meal in New York City?

How much would an average lunch and an average dinner cost? Not fancy in fancy restaurants, but not hot dog stand level either. Thanks in advance!

  9. Depends...

I've spent anywhere from $30.00 (Mickey Mantle Restaurant) Great sandwiches and service is great. Accross the street from Central park.

To $350.00 (The View) Really good food and GREAT service. Marriott in Time Square.

    Enjoy
