Tell me all of the universities that are in New York City?

Tell me all of the univeristies that are in New York City. And not just the big ones like NYU, Brown etc., all of them. thank you

  1. the only real universities in the city are Columbia, NYU, Fordham, St. Johns, Pace, Rockefeller and Yeshiva (Brown is 200 miles away in Rhode Island). There also SUNY (State Univesity of New York) and CUNY (City University of New York), the public higher education systems. these are funded by the state and the latter recives extram from the city government. NYS residents get extreamly low tuition rates at these two, often avergining under $5,000 a year for two 15 credit semesters.

  4. Brown is in Rhode Island. The Ivies closely associated with NYC is Columbia on 116th Street, Morningside Heights, and within a short driving distance: Princeton, UPenn, and Yale.
