This information is easily found on each of the school's websites. Be sure to check the Parsons' Challenge for NY and the Home Exam for Paris. The requirements are very different.
Once you have been accepted to either of the schools, it is fairly simple to transfer or do a semester study at the other campus. www.parsons-paris.com
